RMA cases are processed by your distributor. Please complete the following steps:
Troubleshoot:
1. Do a Hardware Factory Reset 2. Change the Power-Supply (Gateway)
3. Use a different Server (PCI/e Card)
4. Change all cables
5. Update to the latest stable Firmware
Contact your distributor:
Most of our distributors offer level one support services. Please contact your distributor to ensure that the device is configured correctly. If your distributor does not provide support, you can contact our support team via our support portal.
Note: we are unable to assist with any support or RMA cases on the phone. Once your ticket is open, a beroNet support agent will contact you.
Return your device to your distributor
Return your device with the RMA to your distributor. Your distributor will manage your RMA.
Note: beroNet does not directly provide replacement devices for RMA cases.
